• Kind client, according to the art. 13 of the Code of Privacy (Italian dlgs 30 june 2003, n. 196) we inform you of what follows: a) the personal data communicated by you to us will be used for the following purposes:supply of the Acale services (escape orders, communications inherent to you, attendance to the client); shipment of communications trades and advertising, market researches and statistics regarding exclusively Acale and/or its services; shipment of communications trades and advertising, publicity, market researches, statistics, regarding products and services of thirds part subjects and partner trade of Acale. b) The bestowal of the data is obligatory for the purpose of the exactly point a) that it precedes, while for the cases of which to letters ii and iii the bestowal is optional. We would be however grate to you if you will consent also for such purposes: it will concur us to know your requirements and your suggestions, and to improve the service constantly offered to you. c) In lack of bestowal of the personal identifying data for the purpose of which exactly of the point a), it will not be possible for Acale to evade the orders and lend the services demands. On the contrary, the refusal of the bestowal of the data for the purposes of which to letters ii and iii of the point a) does not determine some consequence with regard to the performance of the Acale services from your demands. d) The data by you supplied could be communicated exclusively to: i. subjects connected or affiliated to Acale, that is its suppliers or partner trade, for the pursuit of the same purposes for which it has been expressed the consent; ii. private public agencies or for the previewed implementation of obligation from the contract of services or norms of law. e)The Art. 7 of the Code of the Privacy attributes the following rights to you in relation to the treatment of the personal data by you communicated: you have the right to obtain the personal confirmation of the existence or less of the data given by you, even if not still recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.You have the right to obtain the indication: of the origin of the personal data; of the purposes and modality of the treatment; of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; of the identification ends of the holder, the responsibles and the designated representative according to the art. 5, codicil 2 of the Code of the Privacy; of the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that they can come some to acquaintance in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, of responsibles or people in charge. You have the right to obtain: the modernization, the rectification that is, when it has interest to you, integration of the data; the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data dealt in law violation, those comprised of which are not necessary the conservation in relation to the scopes for which the data have been collected or successively dealt; the attestation that the operations of which to the letters a) and b) have been capacities to acquaintance, also regarding their content, of those people to which the data have been communicated or widespread, excepted the case in which such implementation is revealed impossible or involved a means employment manifestly not proportionated regarding the protected right. iv.
